This month we’re taking a culinary trip to the UK and serving you our spin on British food!

• Ploughman’s Salad — Romaine, watercress & rocket with beets, radish, aged cheddar & sourdough bread crumbs. Drizzled with a Branston pickle vinaigrette.
• Welsh Rarebit — Housemade beer cheese sauce served over grilled toast with mustard.
• Scotch Egg — Boiled egg wrapped in sage pork sausage. Coated in breading and fried.
• Bubble and Squeak Patties — Savory Brussels sprouts & potatoes.
• Chicken Tikka Masala — Spiced grilled chicken simmered in a creamy tomato sauce. Served with rice.
• Bangers & Mash — Served with gravy & mushy peas.
• Sticky Toffee Pudding — Rich date sponge cake drenched in toffee caramel.
