This month we’re taking a culinary trip to the UK and serving you our spin on British food!

• Ploughman’s Salad (Vegetarian; Gluten in Bread Crumbs Only) — Romaine, watercress & rocket with beets, radish, aged cheddar & sourdough bread crumbs. Served with a Branston pickle vinaigrette.
• Welsh Rarebit (Vegetarian; Contains Gluten & Dairy) — Housemade beer cheese sauce served over grilled toast with mustard.
• Scotch Egg (Contains Gluten, Pork & Egg)— Boiled egg wrapped in sage pork sausage. Coated in breading and fried.
• Bubble and Squeak Patties (Vegetarian; Contains Dairy & Egg) — Savory Brussels sprouts & potatoes.
• Chicken Tikka Masala (Gluten Free; Contains Dairy)— Spiced grilled chicken simmered in a creamy tomato sauce. Served with rice.
• Bangers & Mash (Contains Dairy & Pork) — Served with gravy & mushy peas.
• Sticky Toffee Pudding (Vegetarian; Contains Gluten & Eggs) — Rich date sponge cake drenched in toffee caramel.
